Living at Wildfire
Looking to live at Wildfire? While there are townhome and single-family home options open to the public, the condos are reserved for members of the Estes Park workforce. Qualifying for a workforce condo is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Your Wildfire Home is Your Primary Residence
The Estes Valley is full of second homes, vacation homes and lodgings, but the idea behind Wildfire's Workforce Condos is to provide an opportunity for those who live, work and play in Estes to stay in Estes and plant roots. With that, the Workforce Condos are for full time, permanent living and are not open to short term rentals or seasonal living.
You Work Within the Park R-3 School Districtt
So, Wildfire Workforce Condos are reserved for members of the workforce, but what does that include? Whatever you do for a living — whether you're a teacher, police officer, janitor or grocery clerk — you qualify as long as your work is within the Park R-3 School District.
You Work at Least 30 Hours per Week
Seasonal and part-time employees are part of what keeps Estes Park going, but at the Wildfire Workforce Condos we want to provide a place for families, couples or single adults to begin building a foundation in the Estes Valley — not just part-time, but all the time. That's why we require residents work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
